Yes, foreign investors can come and invest in the Philippines. You should just need to comply with the requirements and abide by the law of the Philippines for foreign investors. One advice that I could give is to seek consultation with law firms and offices to make it easier for you and to know the right and legal process. Speaking of consultation, I know a great legal outsourcing company that is located in the Philippines that is for various industries. You should check this link out:

I've got a cousin who started a business in the Philippines. From what I've heard, it's a pretty welcoming place for foreign investors. As for the registration and management process, it can be a bit of a hassle, but nothing too crazy. You'll need to navigate through some paperwork and bureaucracy, but hey, that's business for ya!

Recruiting can be a mixed bag. There's a good talent pool, but it can also be competitive. Gotta make sure you find the right fit for your company. As for corporate tax rates, they're not too shabby. I think it's around 30% for regular businesses.

If I were to give some advice, I'd say do your research, understand the local market, and network like crazy. It's all about connections, my friend. Oh, and try to have some extra patience in your pocket for dealing with government processes. Trust me, you'll need it!

Wish you the best of luck with your business venture, pal! Cheers!
